Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Content and attribution

Pinly indexes visual material and links to its source. You keep ownership of anything you submit, and you grant Pinly a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it within the service. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• No infringing, unlawful, hateful or sexually exploitative material.
• No automated scraping, rate-limit evasion or reverse engineering of the service.
• No impersonation, spam, or attempts to interfere with other members' accounts.

Copyright

We remove material in response to valid notices. See our copyright and DMCA policy for the process, including counter-notices and repeat-infringer handling.

Availability

Pinly is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee that any particular pin, feed or region remains available.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using Pinly and request deletion of your account at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pinly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
